1. I am not sure which color to choose. What should I do?

Compare your own hair with the color that looks the closest from the color options. In most cases that will do, but if you’re still not sure you can contact us on our email: hello@inglows.com

Even if the color is only close to matching your hair color (and not an exact match), it will still blend in with your own hair color to give you that natural and real look. 

Rest assured that even if you picked the wrong color, or if you’re just not happy with the result, we will replace it for you until we get it right.

2. I have thin hair, will it fall out?

Nope! You may need to double secure it, but it will definitely not fall out.

Similar to a hair-tie, you can double or triple tie it as much as you wish, as if you are wearing a ponytail holder (as a hair-scrunchie). 

To be extra-safe, you can add a few bobby pins.

3. Can Inglows products be washed?

Yes! You can wash Inglows products with hair conditioner or shampoo in cold water. Insert your product into cold water and soak it for about 5 minutes.

We recommend washing them every 10 uses or once a month. 

4. Do I need to style it?

Nope! It comes already styled, exactly as shown in the images and videos. 

Just make sure to give it a nice fluff before using it for the first time. (You can give it a gentle brush or simply use your fingers).

5. Do I make a bun with my own hair, then attach it over?

Exactly! Just wrap the Messy Bun around your own ponytail. You can also use it as a hair-scrunchie by itself, by putting your own hair into a bun using the Messy Bun itself (instead of making a bun first and then adding our bun on top).

We ship our products from several different warehouses outside of the US. If you order several different products, they might arrive separately and on a different day.

You will get the tracking number directly to your email about 1-3 business days after purchase.

Please allow 4-13 business days for the item to arrive, depends on your location.Your happiness is our top priority. If for any reason you need help with your purchase, email us with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

2. How do ship the items?

We partner with different courier services to ship your order depending on your exact location. This is to achieve the optimal speed and make sure you receive your packages quickly and safely.

3. Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Tracking does not update real-time so please do not be alarmed if you will not see any updates yet on the tracking. Most of the time, it updates once the package is tendered to your local courier.

There will also be times that your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather condition, pandemic, customs or backlogs. Rest assured that your order will be delivered to you.

4. Do I have to sign for the shipment?

No, signing for shipments is not necessary.


1. Which currency are you using on your website?

Our store can display multiple currencies for a better shopping experience. However, the checkout is in US Dollar by default. Your bank will convert the amount to your currency based on the current foreign exchange rate. You may see the equivalent amount by selecting your currency from the dropdown.
